1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using LYM ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you disagree with any part of these terms, you do not have permission to access the Platform.

2. Eligibility

To use LYM, you must:

• Be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your jurisdiction)
• Have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement
• Not be prohibited from using the Platform under applicable laws

3. User Accounts

3.1 Account Creation

You must create an account to access certain features of LYM. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

3.2 Account Types

Fan Accounts: For music enthusiasts who want to discover, support, and engage with artists.

Artist Accounts: For musicians, bands, and content creators who want to share their work and connect with fans. Artist accounts require verification.

3.3 Account Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate account information
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use
• Not share or transfer your account
• Comply with all Platform rules and guidelines

4. LYM Tokens

4.1 Token System

LYM tokens are digital rewards earned through platform engagement. Tokens have no monetary value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

4.2 Earning Tokens

Users can earn tokens through:

• Daily platform engagement
• Supporting artists
• Sharing content
• Participating in community events
• Other activities as determined by LYM

4.3 Using Tokens

Tokens may be used for:

• Unlocking exclusive content
• Purchasing merchandise
• Accessing special events
• Supporting artists
• Other platform features

4.4 Token Restrictions

• Tokens are non-transferable between users
• Tokens have no cash value
• We reserve the right to modify the token system
• Tokens may expire according to our policies

5. Content Guidelines

5.1 User Content

You retain ownership of content you post on LYM. By posting content, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display, and distribute your content on the Platform.

5.2 Prohibited Content

You may not post content that:

• Violates any laws or regulations
• Infringes on intellectual property rights
• Contains hate speech or discrimination
• Is sexually explicit or violent
• Promotes illegal activities
• Contains malware or harmful code
• Is spam or misleading
• Violates others' privacy

5.3 Content Moderation

We reserve the right to remove any content that violates these Terms or our Community Guidelines, with or without notice.

6. Artist Terms

6.1 Artist Verification

Artists must complete our verification process to access artist features. We reserve the right to deny or revoke verification.

6.2 Revenue Sharing

Verified artists receive 85% of revenue from:

• Direct fan support
• Merchandise sales
• Exclusive content sales
• Virtual event tickets

6.3 Artist Responsibilities

• Provide accurate tax information
• Comply with all applicable laws
• Respect fan privacy and data
• Deliver promised content and rewards
• Maintain professional conduct

7. Payments and Transactions

7.1 Payment Processing

All payments are processed through secure third-party payment providers. We do not store credit card information.

7.2 Refund Policy

• Digital content: No refunds after download/access
• Physical merchandise: 30-day return policy
• Events: Refunds available until 24 hours before event
• Subscriptions: Prorated refunds for unused time

7.3 Fees

LYM charges a 15% platform fee on artist earnings. Additional payment processing fees may apply.

8. Intellectual Property

8.1 Platform Content

All LYM branding, logos, designs, and platform features are our exclusive property and protected by intellectual property laws.

8.2 User Rights

You represent that you own or have the necessary rights to all content you post on LYM.

8.3 DMCA Compliance

9. Privacy and Data

Your use of LYM is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

10. Disclaimers and Limitations

10.1 Service Availability

LYM is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.

10.2 Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, LYM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

10.3 Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold LYM harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform.

11. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may delete your account at any time through your account settings.

Upon termination:

• Your access to the Platform will be revoked
• Your tokens will be forfeited
• Your content may be deleted
• Outstanding payments will be processed

12. Dispute Resolution

12.1 Arbitration

Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.

12.2 Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Delaware, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12.3 Class Action Waiver

You agree to resolve disputes individually and waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits.

13. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or platform notification. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
